Key Responsibilities: Provide prompt, efficient, and compassionate emergency care to patients across all age groups. Perform thorough assessments, establish diagnoses, and initiate appropriate treatment plans. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care. Document clinical evaluations and interventions accurately within medical records. Maintain compliance with hospital protocols, safety procedures, and federal/state regulations. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care processes. Required Skills: Valid and unrestricted medical license in the applicable state. Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine. Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations. Proficiency in emergency medical procedures and diagnostic tools. Nice to Have Skills: Experience with trauma and critical care. Prior work in a Level I or Level II trauma center. Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations. familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Minimum of 2 years of emergency medicine practice or internship experience. Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS). Other Requirements: Availability to work night shifts, specifically 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00. Willingness to travel or relocate as needed. Commitment to ongoing professional development and certification renewals.
