Job Description:

Location: Cooperstown, New York
Start Date: December 27, 2025
End Date: Ongoing (until permanent hire is made)
Schedule: 40 hours per week Outpatient only

Position Details

Outpatient clinic setting
Team: 1 MD + 1 NP onsite, with nursing support
Patient Load: patients/day (varies by case mix)
Case Mix: 80% Oncology / 20% Hematology
Hematology Scope: Benign & malignant
Procedures: Bone marrow procedures a plus (most handled by IR)
EMR: EPIC

Candidate Requirements

Active New York medical license (required at time of submission)
Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
Immunization record required
No temporary privileges available
Credentialing timeline: 120 days
