nursing care to patients in the emergency department Assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the
interdisciplinary team Administer medications and treatments
accurately and safely Maintain accurate patient records and
document all care provided Educate patients and families on health
care needs, conditions, and options Ensure a safe environment for
patients, staff, and visitors Stay current with advancements in the
field and engage in continuous learning activities Proficiency in
handling emergency and critical care situations Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making and
problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in
high-pressure situations Skill in using electronic health record
(EHR) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
practice Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Trauma
Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred
