Position Summary Wereseeking a Quality Assurance Technician toensure our beverages meet the highest quality standards. This is an entry-level position, ideal for individuals seeking to launch or transition into a career in beverage production and quality control. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Lead, youll play a key role in product testing, documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Quality Control Testing Conduct quality control tests and measurements to ensure products meet internal and regulatory standards. Documentation & Record-Keeping Record critical quality metrics like brix, pH, specific gravity, and ABV Plate product samples and record microbiological results accurately Customer Support & Issue Resolution Investigate product-related customer concerns and contribute to effective resolution. Compliance & Audits Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards Participate in regular internal audits. Communication & Collaboration Communicate effectively with production and cross-functional teams Collaborate with the QA Lead on ongoing quality initiatives Qualifications Experience in a brewery, winery, distillery, or food and beverage production is a plus.
