for account reactivation and providing support to current customers

Responsibilities - Contact dormant accounts and inquire about
customers’ training needs - Ensure that customer profiles have
accurate contact information - Execute corporate marketing
strategies - Provide exceptional customer service when interacting
customers - Plan and organize daily work schedule - Other related
duties Qualifications - Bachelor's degree preferred - 2 years of
customer service experience preferred - Strong communication skills
