Job Description:
Badger Inc., a leader in technological solutions focused on

seeking an Account Executive to expand our footprint in the
construction sector. This role requires a strategic professional
who combines industry expertise with excellent customer
relationship skills to develop customized solutions that meet the
unique needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will drive sales
initiatives, develop key partnerships, and contribute to the broad
business objectives of our company in the construction marketplace.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the
construction sector. Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a
client to securing a deal. Unearth clients' business needs and
recommend appropriate products or customized solutions. Foster and
develop relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client project demands
are met. Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to a
range of prospective clients. Keep a pulse on industry trends to
support sales strategies and practice continuous improvement.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent verbal
and written communication skills. Ability to manage complex
projects and multi-task effectively. Strong networking ability.
Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office. Solid understanding of
construction processes and market dynamics. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified
Construction Industry Sales Professional (CCISP) preferred.
