We are currently seeking a dedicated HVAC Smart Buildings Account Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team. This role focuses on driving sales and growth in our smart HVAC solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance building efficiency, security, and sustainability. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HVAC systems, smart building technologies, and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the smart HVAC sector Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding customer needs and requirements Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives, effectively communicating how Johnson Controls’ solutions align with their goals Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations Coordinate with other team members to align company products and services to customer requirements Negotiate contracts to closure, achieving profitable agreements and client satisfaction Provide periodic sales forecasts and reports on account status Keep updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors Proven sales experience in HVAC or related field Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) desirable HVAC certification or relevant licensure is a plus
