This requires us to deliver on our promises and always look for new opportunities to grow, both ourselves and our business.Job PurposeThe Market Intelligence team seeks a detail-oriented, highly organized market research professional to join the team and support us with managing budget and vendors, overseeing research study operations including regulatory survey requirements, and ensuring accuracy and actionability of our results.About Market Intelligence:The Market Intelligence team is the company's Center of Excellence in capturing the voice of the customer, providing a consultative resource to design and execute research, provide actionable results, and inform the priorities in improving our customer's experiences and building stronger loyalty. The team manages a broad portfolio of tracking studies, two online communities, and numerous qualitative and quantitative ad hoc research projects. We value a diverse range of perspectives that stem from many different backgrounds.
Key Accountabilities

  • Assist Market Intelligence team with various research tasks such as mining existing survey data for insights, reporting on monthly regulatory survey requirements, and supporting existing and new research projects.
  • Oversee and enhance routine operational components of market research projects. This includes, but is not limited to, project management functions like data management, sample file coordination, insights dashboards, quality assurance and vendor coordination.
  • Perform quality checks at various stages of the research process to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate monthly processing and transferring of survey files to vendor for multiple surveys.
  • Organize multiple dashboards and customer comment files for clients monthly.
  • Produce and update Qualtrics Dashboards and conduct reviews of customer comments to help understand themes.
  • Implement new ways of working to innovate and improve processes.
  • Manage budget and procurement tasks and processes.
  • Program, field and report out on simple surveys using an online survey platform (Qualtrics).
  • Contribute to research team strategy within the organization.
  • Manage Market Intelligence's SharePoint librarySupervisory/Interpersonal- Experience Required
    • Advanced communication skills, facilitation experience and ability to mentor, coach and change others' behaviors.
    • The ability to build good relationships at all levels across the business and ability to influence various internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong networking and collaboration skills.Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree in an analytical or insights-focused field, such as Marketing, Psychology, Economics, or Social Sciences preferred. Prior Experience will be strongly considered.
      • 5+ years' experience in a Market Research, data science or similar role.
      • Must have strong attention to detail.
      • Must be able to analyze quantitative and qualitative data and comfortable manipulating large datasets.
      • Excited about working with a team of collaborative and passionate customer insights professionals to bring research to life.
      • Strong curiosity in what makes customers tick and how to exceed customer expectations in the rapidly evolving energy industry.
      • Demonstrated ability to effectively juggle multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously while ensuring work is accurate.
      • Ability to build and nurture internal and external relationships, including getting clarity on research needs from internal stakeholders and working with external vendors to deliver relevant research.
