• 84 months of experience creating documentation, instructions, training and testing materials for applications in the public or private sector.
• 36 months of experience authoring clear, detailed, professional, and visually well designed technical documentation including user guides, training manuals.
• 24 months of experience leveraging MS Office Suite to produce deliverables.
• 36 months of experience working with technical staff and stakeholders at all levels to define business and technical processes.
• 12 months experience building reports using Oracle Analytics tools like OBIEE or Oracle BI Publisher.
• 24 months of experience with Siebel Case Management System.
• 12 months of experience using UPK (User Productivity Kit).
• 12 months of configuring and testing calendar integration products including CALDAV.
• 12 months of experience with Oracle SQL to assist with staging data for training environments.
