beyond?What You Will Do:Perform destructive and non-destructive
testing methods to ensure material meets customer requirements
.
- Essential functions performed under general supervision: -
- Perform equipment set up and sample preparation
- Troubleshoot all issues associated with sample prep, establish
training plans and verify training effectiveness
- Plans and verifies training effectiveness -
- Perform analysis on a wide variety of materials where methods
and techniques have been established, and assist in establishing
methods or techniques when required -
- Accept or reject material based on specifications
- Organize, report, and maintain records of analysis -
- Enter test results into various databases -
- Audit quality records to ensure adherence to quality system
requirements
- Provides guidance, coaching and training to employees in the
job area, with demonstrated ability to escalate those items that
are outside of experience
- Proven ability to adhere to work requirements and can pivot
team in direction of business need. -
- Perform Continuous Improvement initiatives -
- May be required to carry out tasks not specifically listed,
within the scope and skill level of this position in support of
department objectives and to develop one's skills -
- Adhere to CORE guidelines and perform CORE duties as required

- Adhere to all EH & S guidelines, including wearing of required
personal protective equipment
- The position will work a schedule of Monday - Thursday (4x10)
6:00am - 4:00pm (6th shift)Qualifications You Must Have:
- HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) and 2 years
of relevant experience. -
- U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export

for extended periods, bending, squatting, twisting, overhead reach,

personal responsibility.The salary range for this role is $21.50 -
$25.00 per hour; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several
factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the
role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work
experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired
