JOB TITLE: Engineer III - Network Performance



MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

1. Customers expect our networks to perform at a high level all the time. That s where you come in.

2. You will investigate, evaluate and resolve network and data performance issues to ensure optimal and reliable service for our customers.

3. The work you ll be doing will directly impact customer satisfaction and help keep us ahead of the competition.

4. Evaluating service performance trends and isolating root causes of impacted services.

5. Performing 5G, LTE and VoLTE testing with analyses of relevant key performance indicators.

6. Optimizing 5G, LTE and RAN networks using traditional and innovative means.

7. Investigating and resolving customer complaints regarding service.

8. Optimizing embedded network for integration of new cell sites, small cells, and In-building systems.

You ll need to have:

1. Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience.

2. Four or more years of relevant work experience. Valid driver s license.



Even better if you have one or more of the following:

1. A degree. Knowledge of 5G, LTE, VoLTE networks.

2. Knowledge of at least one data collection tool such as DataPro.

3. Knowledge of data analysis/post-processing tools such as Irisview, Actix, DMAT.

4. Knowledge of propagation and optimization modeling tools such as Geoplan, Atoll.

5. Knowledge of IP and transport protocols. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Unix, scripting tools.

6. Knowledge of analytical software such as MapInfo, Tableau. Knowledge of Samsung systems including OAM and 3GPP LTE standards.

7. Ability to differentiate and diagnose RAN and CORE related problems.

8. Understanding of IMS and systems engineering aspects related to RAN and proficiency in Core level call flow analysis.
