Apply now!Job SummaryThe Senior Web Producer designs and produces engaging and forward-thinking websites and web experiences that elevate the university brand. The Sr. Web Producer manages the user experience (UX) strategy for Institute web experiences, and manages Institute websites, prepares and produces digital imagery and media elements for web; designs, styles, and tests new sites. The Senior Web Producer provides authoritative consulting to web content owners, and strategic guidance to portfolio leadership.Minimum Qualifications+ Bachelor's Degree in Web Design or relevant discipline+ Five years of professional experience in a directly related position as well as experience in all of the following within a university, agency or other complex environment:+ Experience using Drupal or other Content Management System (CMS) technologies to build and manage web sites.+ Thorough understanding SEO/SEM and CRM tools and Google Analytics+ Experience using image manipulation software for production of web graphics and digital imagery.+ Project management experienceA relevant combination of education, directly related experience and training may be substituted for a degree.Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities+ Proven expertise and knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as Drupal, and proficiency in HTML and CSS.+ Strong knowledge of user experience, web project planning and search engine optimization (SEO).+ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Google Analytics, and current web and digital marketing technologies.+ Familiarity with modern online marketing practices such as SEO and SEM, and audience journeys.+ Ability to use data and strategic insights to make good decisions/judgement calls and ability to glean input through collaboration.+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment+ Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues, campus community, and external audiences+ Ability to assess needs and to create site architecture, navigation, and workflows that meet those needs.+ Understanding of usability and accessibility principles and testing+ Advanced knowledge of the technical and aesthetic aspects of web site front-end design and of current web design and web communication standards and best practices.ShiftBusiness Hours with weekends or evenings occasionally required.Application instructionsFollow the on-screen prompts to create a brief online profile.
