Take a closer look to learn why a career with Genoa Healthcare might be the path to discovering your life's best work.(sm)We seek a full-time Float Staff Pharmacist for Upstate New York to perform professional duties and responsibilities associated with the processing of prescriptions. ***This position will support our Upstate New York pharmacies located in Syracuse, Albany, Troy, Gloversville, Queensbury, Watertown, and Auburn.***Primary Responsibilities:

• Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners
• Provides information to customers about medications and their use
• Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service
• Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy.
• Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree or PharmD
  • Current pharmacist license in state of New York
  • Ability to drive with active driver's license and access to reliable transportation
