Location : Troy, NY Salary: $20.00/hour Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Yes The Commission on Economic Opportunity (CEO) is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to be an integral part of the Human Resource team. This includes data collection, invoices, purchase requests and support with recruitment activities. + Perform new hire clearances, schedule and conduct orientation sessions and assist with overall new hire on-boarding process Minimum qualifications: + High School Diploma or equivalent+ Prior work experience in an HR office setting, specifically with recruitment efforts + Must be proficient with computers, specifically with MS office suite+ Excellent organizational skills and customer service oriented+ Exhibits ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels within the agency as well as external contacts+ Demonstrates initiative with completing assigned tasks, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines+ Possess a valid NYS Driver's License Preferred qualifications: + AAS or BS degree in addition to the skill set identified above Please note: Applicants for this position will be required to complete standard background clearances and a pre-employment drug screen.
