FedEx Ground is hiring part-time and full-time individuals to load and unload packages in our fast-paced warehouse environment. Part-time employees typically work a 2-4-hour shift per day. Full-time employees work approximately two shifts per day of varying lengths. Package Handlers are responsible for warehouse duties including: the physical loading, unloading and/or sorting of packages of varying sizes and weights by hand, including lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, scanning, placing packages, as well as physical bending, twisting, kneeling and etc. in a safe and efficient manner. Shifts may vary depending on warehouse package volume and business needs.

Package Handlers will receive a competitive hourly rate and are eligible for an attractive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, vacation, holiday pay, parental leave and tuition assistance after completion of an eligibility period. Flexible schedules are offered at many of our locations and will be discussed during the hiring process.

Additional Location Information: $20.50 /hour

Up to $20.50 per hour to start*

Includes peak pay enhancements of $1 per hour for all Package Handlers from 11/1/20 to 1/2/21, an additional $1 per hour for full-time Package Handlers from 11/1/20 to 1/2/21, an additional $0.50 per hour for Inbound/AM Package Handlers from 11/29/20 to 12/26/20, and an additional weekend (Friday 10:00PM - Monday 10:00AM) pay enhancement of $2 per hour from 11/6/20 to 1/4/21.

During these uncertain times, the health and safety of our employees remains our first and primary focus. We have modified our operations to support social distancing. Our facility is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each shift. All new hires will be provided personal protective equipment, including a mask, nitrile gloves, and hand sanitizer.

This location is hiring for permanent part-time positions as well as seasonal part-time positions to start ONLY. There is opportunity to go full-time for the Christmas season. Available schedules will be discussed during the hiring process.

Shifts Available:

Required days will vary based on availability: 3:30AM - 8:30AM

Mon-Fri: 12:00PM - 4:30PM *SEASONAL*

Sun-Thurs or Mon-Fri: 5:00PM - 10:00PM

Pay Scale ($1.00 overnight differential dependent on shift):

$15.00/$16.00 to start

$15.50/$16.50 at 1 year

$16.00/$17.00 at 2 years

$16.50/$17.50 at 3 years

$17.00/$18.00 at 4 years
