As a General Labor - Light, you will be an essential part of the production support team, contributing to efficient sorting, inspection, and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: General Labor - Light Location: Scotia, NY Pay Range: $21.32/hour Shift: 1st shift (6:00am - 2:30pm) What's the Job? Assist in sorting, inspecting, and checking products for quality assurance Support assembly of smaller products with precision and care Use hand tools as needed to facilitate production tasks Lift and move materials occasionally weighing up to 25 lbs Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency What's Needed? Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 25 lbs Strong attention to detail and focus on quality Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic Ability to work effectively in a team environment What's in it for me?
