within Legal and Government Affairs (LGA), has a core mission to
establish a standardized, data-driven, and AI-enabled operating
model to support CoreWeave’s rapid growth and increase both LGA and
business operating tempo. In this role, you will operate at the
intersection of strategy and execution, helping LGA operationalize
its priorities through scalable systems, standardized workflows,
and responsible AI-enabled capabilities. This is a fantastic

cross-functional partners. About the role: We’re looking for a
Legal Operations Specialist to report to and partner with the
Manager, Legal Operations, in strengthening and scaling the Legal
Operations function within LGA. This role requires both systems
thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-growing, cross-functional
environment and offers the opportunity to help shape the next stage
of Legal Operations . By translating strategy into durable
operational infrastructure, you will help strengthen how LGA
partners with and delivers impact across the business while
enabling faster, more consistent execution. In this role, you will:
Support the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise
Legal workflows, intake structures, and metadata standards Partner
in transitioning from CLM cleanup to sustainable systems governance
and ongoing optimization Identify and scope structured AI use cases
within standardized Legal workflows Translate Legal and business
requirements into clear specifications for technical implementation
(in partnership with CoreWeave’s office of CIO and IT teams)
Support the development of reporting frameworks and metrics to
improve operational visibility Partner cross-functionally with
Legal, Sales, RevOps, Finance, Procurement, and IT to support
integration and scale initiatives Develop and maintain governance
documentation, playbooks, and system standards Maintain the
operational integrity of Legal systems (CLM, e-billing/spend,
workflow tools), including workflow discipline, data hygiene, and
intake routing standards Manage and execute day-to-day core Legal
Ops workflows (intake, lifecycle hygiene, matter/billing setup
support), ensuring consistent adoption across LGA verticals Support
rollout and reinforcement of new workflows and AI-enabled processes
through practical enablement, documentation, and continuous
improvement Who You Are: 5 years of experience in Legal Operations,
legal systems, or business operations within a high-growth
environment Experience supporting system implementations, workflow
design, or operational governance initiatives Strong understanding
of CLM platforms, legal billing/spend tools, workflow systems, and
reporting environments Experience partnering cross-functionally on
integration or process harmonization initiatives Analytical mindset
with the ability to translate operational data into structured
improvements Strong documentation skills; able to institutionalize
processes beyond individual execution Comfortable operating in

base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $143,000. The
starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge,
skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market
alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In
addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a
discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits
