Job Description:
The Global HR Onboarding Program Manager will lead the
development, execution, and optimization of onboarding programs to
ensure seamless transitions for new employees across diverse
regions. This role combines program management expertise with
strategic oversight, including managing onboarding metrics,
communications, and vendor partnerships to deliver a consistent and
impactful new hire experience. Additionally, the position involves
serving as a subject matter expert for HR transformational
programs, providing insights, process recommendations, and ensuring
successful transitions of project work into business-as-usual
operations. This role is based at one of our HR centers in Sleepy
Hollow, NY or Rensselaer, NY with full-time onsite requirements and
is not open to remote or hybrid work arrangements. A typical day
for the Global Onboarding Program Management role may include:
Develop, execute, and refine global onboarding programs based upon
the strategic vision of the global process owner to ensure smooth
transitions for new employees. Define and manage KPIs to measure
onboarding success, adapting programs for specific countries and
organizational needs. Serve as the subject matter expert for
onboarding processes, addressing inquiries and managing
escalations, and continuous program optimization Monitor and report
onboarding metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and implement
continuous improvements; partner with HR Technology team to drive
technical analytics to support the Onboarding Program Manage the
global acceptance gifts program (e.g., new hire swag), including
vendor selection, contracting, budgeting, and monitoring industry
trends for best practices. Manage communications for pre-hires and
new hires post-offer acceptance, including content templates and
onboarding materials. Oversee onboarding-related communications for
managers, and buddy programs. Support HR4U Transformational
Programs as needed Share insights, best practices, and
recommendations to ensure project alignment with industry standards
and organizational goals. Work with stakeholders to gather,
analyze, and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with project
objectives and broader strategies. Offer input on processes,
systems, and solutions to meet stakeholder needs while identifying
risks, gaps, or inefficiencies. Develop or review training
materials and advocate for process and tool adoption by explaining
their value and benefits. Provide ongoing feedback and support to
ensure project deliverables meet expectations and achieve
sustainable results. Transition project work to BAU upon project
completion This role may be for you if you have: Strong analytical
skills to monitor metrics, evaluate program effectiveness, and
implement continuous improvement strategies. Expertise in HR
technology platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday) and experience
leveraging technical analytics to support program goals.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to
manage vendor relationships, including selection, contracting,
budgeting, and monitoring industry trends. Strong problem-solving
and decision-making abilities. High level of adaptability and
resilience in managing complex, global projects. Passion for
creating exceptional employee experiences and fostering
organizational growth. To be considered for this role you must have
a Bachelors degree with a minimum of 7-9 years of progressive
experience in HR, Business Operations or related. HR Certifications
