Job Description:
US Foods, a leading foodservice distributor, is searching for a
reliable and punctual CDL A Delivery Driver to assist in
maintaining our commitment to excellence by efficiently delivering
an extensive variety of food products to our valued customers.
Driving for US Foods means playing a pivotal role in the ongoing
success of local restaurants and food service operators, by making
sure they receive their orders accurately and on time. This
position is ideal for someone who enjoys working on the road, has
strong time management skills, and values customer interactions.
Ensure safe and timely delivery of products to customers Load and
unload goods using truck equipment Maintain accurate delivery logs
and records Perform vehicle inspection checks and basic maintenance
Follow assigned routes and adhere to delivery schedules Uphold
strict safety and handling procedures Ability to operate a
commercial vehicle Strong navigation and route management skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills Good physical
condition to lift up to 50 lbs Professional customer service and
communication skills Knowledge of safety practices and compliance
regulations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) DOT Medical
Card Clean driving record
