Job Description:
As a Food Service Manager at Global P, you will oversee the
strategic planning and daily operations of our cutting-edge dining

Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
through innovative service methodologies. Lead, recruit, and train
a diverse team of food service professionals, ensuring a
high-performing, collaborative workplace. Oversee inventory,
resource management, and supply chain logistics to align with
operational goals and budgets. Analyze restaurant performance data
and collaborate with management to refine processes, menu
offerings, and marketing strategies. Ensure strict compliance with
health and safety regulations to provide a safe dining environment
for both staff and patrons. Incorporate advanced technology
solutions for process optimization, including customer relationship
management and digital ordering systems. Strong leadership and
interpersonal skills Expertise in restaurant management software
and POS systems Proficiency in budgeting, profit and loss
reporting, and resource scheduling Excellent communication and
customer service skills Ability to effectively manage and motivate
a team in a high-pressure environment Medical Insurance Dental
