Job Purpose: The Food Service Worker prepares a variety of food. He/ She will work at the highest quality level while maintaining a professional attitude and appearance. - -Job Duties: - - -Prep meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables in an efficient manner for daily service - - -Adhere to cooking methods, quality standards, kitchen rules, policies, and procedures. - - -Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure efficient service - - -Provide excellent customer service to guests - - -Prepare various food items for all guests - - -Interact with customers and efficiently answer guests questions - - -Prioritize and perform related tasks as designated by chefs and managers efficiently, and with a sense of urgency - -Skills/Qualifications: - - -High school diploma/GED - - -Previous kitchen/prep experience required - - -Familiar with food service equipment including knives, pots and pans, ovens, grills and slicer - - -Outgoing, pleasant personality, and desire to please guests - - -Good organizational and interpersonal communication skills - - -Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - - -Ability to stand for up to 8 hours - - -Must have reliable transportation -Powered by JazzHR
