Job DescriptionSeeking qualified front of house assisting manager for our award winning tea rooms / cafes.Responsibilities include:Maintaining physical store appearanceOrdering and inventory Delegating all the required job duties to staff and ensure they are following our procedures and systemsHelping staff and filling in as neededRecruiting, training & developing employeesQualified candidates should have the following qualifications:Experience managing staff in a retail / restaurant environmentAble and willing to travel to all 3 of our locations weekly (Ballston Spa, Troy, & Schenectady)Knowledge of Microsoft office or similar applicationsWeekend availability a mustBenefits and Perks:401k and health benefits for qualified employees.Discounted meals and merchandise.Advancement opportunities - we are a growing company!
