high-quality care in the communities you serve. Qualifications Facility & Clinical Details Community Memorial Hospital serves over 45,000 residents
throughout Madison County and the eastern sections of Onondaga
County and parts of Chenango and Oneida Counties. This 25-bed
critical access hospital has over 400 professionals working every
day to provide top quality primary and specialty care to the
Central New York Community. The hospital is fully accredited by the
Joint Commission for safety and quality measures, and it is the
recipient of the JCAHO Gold seal award. Community Information Hamilton is a charming and friendly town, recently named one of
the friendliest towns in America by Forbes Magazine, lies in the
Chenango Valley, just south of the headwaters of the Chenango
River. Hamilton is approximately 40 miles southeast of Syracuse and
