Required Skills: Current Physician Assistant licensure and certification Valid DEA license and state-specific licenses as required Proven clinical experience in hospital or inpatient settings Strong assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work independently during overnight shifts Nice to Have Skills: Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems Bilingual abilities Prior experience in a hospitalist or acute care environment Familiarity with hospital protocols and procedures Preferred Education and Experience: Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program Minimum of 2 years of relevant inpatient or hospitalist experience Other Requirements: Availability for overnight 24-hour shifts (Night 1x24-Hour) Willingness to work on a flexible schedule Maintains current healthcare certifications and licenses Eligibility to work in the United States Compensation for this position is highly competitive, with an hourly pay rate of $168.17.
