Job Description WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a travel nurse RN CCU - Coronary Care for a travel nursing job in Albany, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CCU - Coronary Care - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a CCU Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Albany, NY. The weekly pay for this position is $2,400 a week. Job Function: /n - Day Shift or Night Shift. /n - 3x12. /n - Administer prescribed medications orally, subcutaneously, or intravenously, ensuring adherence to the "five rights" of medication administration.? /n /n - Monitor patients for adverse reactions to medications or treatments and report findings in accordance with established policies and protocols. ? /n /n - Educate patients about upcoming surgical procedures, including preoperative and postoperative care instructions. ? /n /n - Record patients' medical information and vital signs, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation in patient records. /n /n - Monitor and adjust specialized medical equipment, such as IV pumps and cardiac monitors, interpreting and recording electronic displays to assess patient status. ? /n /n /n /n Job Requirements: /n - 2 years CCU RN exp is needed. /n - Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN). /n - Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain). /n - BLS certification from the American Heart Association. /n /n Disclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
