In this nighttime role, you will adapt to varying critical care environments, implementing your high-level nursing skills to provide direct patient care across multiple units. Provide patient-centered nursing care in various critical care settings under fluctuating caseloads. Collaboratively assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with healthcare teams. Administer medications and maintain comprehensive documentation according to established guidelines. Support patient and family education focused on recovery, well-being, and post-hospital care. Participate in professional development and clinical training programs. Proficient in a wide range of critical care techniques and protocols. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification desired.
