Looking to use your medical skills in a meaningful, hands-on way this summer? Camp Is-Sho-Da is seeking a qualified and caring Health Director to oversee the health and wellness of campers and staff while supporting a safe, positive camp experience. This role is ideal for a licensed healthcare professional or experienced health services provider who enjoys working with youth, collaborating with a leadership team, and balancing clinical care with relationship-building in an active camp environment. Camp Is-Sho-Da operates primarily as a day camp, with an overnight experience every Wednesday, providing variety while maintaining a predictable schedule. What You Bring: At least 21 years old by June 28, 2026. Currently NYS certified EMT, LPN, or RN Currently certified in CPR Pro and First Aid RTE or willingness to get certified Ability to interact positively with youth ages 7 to 17; prior youth-focused work or volunteer experience preferred. Ability to build and maintain positive professional work relationships. Access to reliable transportation; valid driver's license required.
