details) Start Date: 6/1/2026 About the Position We are seeking an
experienced Hematology/Oncology Physician for a long-term locum
assignment in Potsdam, New York . This is a great opportunity to
join a growing program with a supportive team and manageable
patient volume. Assignment Details Location: Potsdam, NY Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Lunch: 1-hour blocked daily
Assignment Length: 6–9 months Start: ASAP Call: Minimal / not
required Requirements Practice Setting Setting: Outpatient Clinic
(with occasional inpatient consults) Patient Volume: 18–20 patients
per day Infusion Chairs: 15 EMR: Epic ( AI-assisted charting
available ) ??? Clinical Responsibilities Manage hematology and
oncology patients in an outpatient setting Administer and oversee:
Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Targeted therapy Hormone therapy Provide
occasional inpatient consults (infrequent) Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary care team Support Team 1 Physician 1 Nurse
Practitioner 3 CMA/CNA support staff Requirements Board Certified
(Required) Active New York License (in hand) Minimum 5 years of
experience Epic experience required Clean, consistent work history
( no gaps >30 days ) Flexible and adaptable to a growing
program
