Required Skills: Current Physician Assistant license and national certification (AAPA or NCCPA) Proven experience in hematology, oncology, or related specialties Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems Nice to Have Skills: Experience with chemotherapy administration and management Knowledge of clinical trials and research protocols Bilingual in English and Spanish Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient oncology setting Preferred Education and Experience: Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in hematology/oncology Certification in Chemotherapy Administration is a plus Other Requirements: Availability for day shifts (09:00 - 17:30) Monday through Friday Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development Valid medical malpractice insurance (if required) Travel reimbursements and licensure/certification expenses covered as applicable This is an outstanding chance to enhance your career within a supportive, innovative environment that values excellence and dedication.
