Job Description:

South Clinical Campus. This position offers a dynamic work

instrumental in providing superior nursing care, supported by the

individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of
scientific nursing principles. Incorporate research-based evidence
into clinical practice to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate
integrated and comprehensive care. Participate in professional
development and clinical education initiatives to stay abreast of
advancements in the field. Conduct patient assessments and develop
and implement nursing care plans. Ensure the safety and
effectiveness of the environment and equipment. Strong clinical
skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficient in using healthcare software and
patient databases Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced
environment Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
BLS/CPR certification required. Preferably certified in an area of
specialty.
