Job Description:
Albany Medical Center, a leader in healthcare services combining

seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team.
This role provides an opportunity to work in a supportive

be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services to
patients across various departments, collaborating with healthcare
professionals, and contributing to research and educational
initiatives. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to
patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
Monitor patient health and record signs like vital signs, symptoms,
and changes in conditions, adjusting patient treatment plans as
necessary. Administer medications, manage intravenous lines,
observe and manage various other kinds of health care
interventions. Educate patients and their families on disease
prevention and health maintenance measures. Facilitate
collaborative teamwork with other healthcare professionals to
enhance patient care and share clinical expertise. Participate in
research and development projects to advance clinical knowledge and
improve patient outcomes. Maintain patient confidentiality and
adhere to professional and ethical healthcare standards.
Proficiency in managing stress and multitasking effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong clinical
skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in
a multidisciplinary team. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in
the State of New York. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
