skilled nursing care to patients in a high-acuity setting Monitor
patient health and progress post-surgery Administer medications
accurately and safely Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team to
formulate effective plans of care Educate patients and their
families about home-based care routines and health improvement
strategies Assist in the development and facilitation of
educational programs for the nursing staff Advanced clinical skills
in a high-acuity care setting Strong ability to work as part of a
multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and educational
skills Proficient with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
BLS/ACLS Certification
