Job Description Family Medicine opening near Syracuse, NY*
Located in *Vernon, NY - just 38 miles from Syracuse! Full-time,
permanent opening Employed position Joining an established Family
Practice with 8 FPs Recruiting due to an upcoming retirement While
a 2021 start date is preferred, it isn't required Schedule: 4
days/week; 40 hours Call: 1:13 EMR: Medent They participate in a
Track 3 ACO Competitive compensation and full array of benefits!
3-year employment contract (4 available if desired) Base salary
wRVU bonus Up to $25k sign-on/relocation assistance Educational
loan assistance available/assistance with DANY application 20 paid
days off annually Up to 6 holidays annually Up to 5 CME days
annually/$4,000 annual reimbursement $1k monthly stipend for PA/NP
supervision $100 per hour for administrative duties/meetings
outside assigned working hours
