Their Bone & Joint Center provides high-quality orthopedic care to residents in this scenic, close-knit rural community, emphasizing personalized treatment, minimally invasive techniques, and comprehensive support for patients from initial diagnosis through rehabilitation. General Ortho with emphasis on hand and upper extremity surgery Fellowship training in hand and upper extremity surgery (preferred) or significant focused experience in hand surgery. Hospital-employed, community hospital with outpatient clinic (primarily at Bone & Joint Center locations). Call Schedule: Shared call (light to moderate, with support from general orthopedists and potential for system collaboration); designed to support work-life balance in a rural community. Support for building a thriving hand surgery practice with dedicated clinic time and operating room access.
