Job Description A well-established, community-focused healthcare system in Rome, New York is seeking a Full-Time Hospitalist (MD/DO) to join a supportive and well-structured inpatient team. Collegial hospitalist team (40–50 patients total) - ? Paragon EMR - Non-trauma designated hospital - ? No locums - ? No 1099 Clinical Responsibilities - Provide inpatient care on a 7 on / 7 off rotation - Perform daily rounding and admissions - Manage rapid responses and codes - Collaborate closely with intensivists and specialists - Conduct histories, physicals, and documentation - Deliver patient-centered care in a team-based environment ? Candidate Requirements - ?? Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (BE accepted for new grads; must become BC within 2 years) - ?? New York medical license (or willingness to obtain) - ?? DEA, BLS, ACLS, PALS - ?? Clean malpractice and licensing history - ??
