This is a clinic-based opportunity offering flexible scheduling, light call, teaching opportunities, and a collaborative team model. Job Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care Maintain 34 hours of direct patient care weekly Average 18–24 patients per day Participate in low-frequency phone-only call Provide occasional telemedicine coverage Collaborate with APPs Participate in teaching opportunities Working Hours 40-hour work week 4- or 5-day schedule options Light call with RN triage support Skills Strong outpatient clinical skills Efficient patient management Team-based care collaboration Interest in mentorship and teaching Qualifications Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine Eligible for NY medical license DEA and ACLS by start date Not accepting visa candidates Not open to Locums or 1099 Requirements Requirements (Documents Needed at Name Clear) Board Certification or Board Eligibility (within 5 years) If BE: specify years since eligibility and timeline to achieve BC Active NY License (or willing to obtain) DEA and ACLS certifications (by start) NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days – required at presentation) Willingness to work full-time (4- or 5-day schedule) Strong interest in primary care for all age groups
