Job Description Unit Description: Are you a nurse who enjoys hands-on care, patient relationships, and working alongside highly skilled specialists? Our Orthopedic team is made up of experienced, board-certified providers who treat the full spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions from sports injuries and joint degeneration to complex surgical cases. As a nurse on this team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both surgical and non-surgical care, helping patients regain mobility, function, and quality of life. This role offers: - Close collaboration with orthopedic surgeons and advanced practice providers - Exposure to advanced procedures and innovative treatment techniques - A fast-paced, team-oriented environment - The opportunity to build strong patient relationships - A specialty area that blends clinical skill, education, and hands-on coordination If you’re looking for a role where your clinical judgment, communication skills, and teamwork truly matter and where you can see the direct impact of your work as patients return to the activities they love we’d love to meet you. Qualifications: - May need to also cover clinics at additional office located in Waterbury with notice. - Orthopedic experience with direct patient care to include surgical scheduling, patient education, casting/splinting, wound care preferred. - One to three years of hospital nursing experience or office nursing experience preferred. On-call: Not required. /n Requirements: /n /n - Current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required. /n - Appropriate experience in specific clinical area.
