Job Description:

applications for the position of Clinical Nurse II in our Labor and
Delivery and Antepartum units. This role is pivotal in managing and
providing specialized care to patients during one of the most
significant periods in their lives, supporting them in labor,
delivery, and the pre-birth period. The selected candidate will
work alongside top-tier professionals in a supportive and dynamic
environment, facilitating top-quality care with advanced medical
practices. Provide comprehensive nursing care in the labor,
delivery, and antepartum units, adhering to established guidelines
and procedures. Monitor maternal and fetal well-being during
antepartum and intrapartum periods, and assist during labor and
postpartum recovery. Educate and support patients and their
families through the childbirth process, including discussions on
pain management options, prenatal care, and postnatal care.
Coordinate with healthcare team members to develop and implement
care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Maintain accurate
patient records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy of
documentation. Participate in continuing education, training, and
quality assurance initiatives to ensure the highest level of care.
Strong clinical skills in labor and delivery and antepartum care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in
using healthcare technology and medical software Ability to work
effectively in high-pressure situations Skilled in patient and
family education Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
practice BLS certification ACLS certification preferred NRP
(Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
