Job Description:
Albany Medical Center seeks to recruit a dedicated and skilled
Clinical Nurse III to join our Critical Care Float Pool. This
position is geared towards highly skilled nursing professionals who

outcomes. As a Clinical Nurse III, you will provide essential
nursing support across various critical care units, adapting to
different teams and effectively managing high-acuity patients.
Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients across
different units. Adapt to varying clinical settings and teams
without compromising care quality. Work collaboratively with
interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care
plans. Engage in continuous professional development to stay
up-to-date with advancements in critical care. Support patient and
family education concerning critical care conditions and treatment
plans. Proficient in various high-level clinical nursing skills
specific to critical care. Ability to quickly adapt to new teams
and settings. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Medical Insurance

Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certification in Critical Care
Nursing (CCRN) preferred.
