A well-established, patient-centered outpatient practice in upstate New York is seeking a Board-Certified (or Eligible) Family Medicine Physician to provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients of all ages. Position Highlights: Outpatient-only position with 4- or 5-day workweek (40 hrs/week; 34 patient-facing) No weekend office hours! Phone-only call rotation (approx. 1 in 70 days) with RN triage as first contact Telemedicine coverage just 2–3 hours every few months See 18–24 patients per day with EPIC EMR Teaching opportunities with medical and NP/PA students Optional administrative or hospital medicine involvement Supportive, collaborative, and physician-led environment Compensation & Benefits: Sign-On Bonus: Up to $75,000 (paid on first paycheck!)
