be considered. Deliver expert nursing care in a dynamic
Cardiovascular Operating Room environment located in Utica, NY.
This contract opportunity spans approximately 13 weeks, providing a
rewarding chance to apply your skills in a specialized adult
patient care setting with conditions such as Coronary Artery
Disease, Aortic Stenosis, and Mitral Regurgitation. Work alongside
a focused team caring for patients with a 1:1 nurse-to-patient
ratio, utilizing advanced technologies including EPIC and Omnicell.
Schedule/Hours: - 10-hour shifts (9.5 hours worked plus 30 minutes
unpaid lunch) - Variable days between 6:30 AM 4:30 PM or 7:00 AM
5:00 PM - On-call minimum 7 days per four-week schedule, including
5 weeknights and at least 1 weekend day (dependent on staffing
needs) Qualifications and Experience: - Current New York State
Registered Nurse license required - Graduate of an accredited
nursing program with an associate degree or higher - Minimum 1 year
of CVOR experience preferred - Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Comfortable floating to other units depending on census
fluctuations Responsibilities: - Deliver specialized nursing care
to adult cardiothoracic surgery patients - Collaborate effectively
with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes - Utilize
clinical judgment to monitor patients and respond to changes in
condition - Adhere to established policies, procedures, and safety

This role accepts local candidates within a 75-mile radius, with
