Primary Care Physician (Adults 18) ??? Outpatient Role in
Connecticut Setting: 100% Office-Based | Schedule: Weekdays Only |
Location: near Middletown, Connecticut We are pleased to present an
exceptional opportunity for a dedicated Primary Care Physician to
join a highly respected outpatient facility near Middletown, CT.
This role is perfect for a compassionate and forward-thinking
clinician who values patient-centered care within a collaborative
and innovative environment. Position Highlights: Role: Primary Care
Physician (Internal or Family Medicine ??? Adults 18) Schedule:
Full-time weekdays only, with optional 4-day workweek Setting: 100%
outpatient, no hospital rounding Teaching: Optional, with potential
for faculty appointment Call: Phone-only call; just 2 weekends per
year and 1 weeknight every 2 months Technology: EPIC EMR,
HIPAA-compliant texting, and advanced patient engagement tools
Qualifications: MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in
Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Unrestricted or Eligible
