fulltime Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a busy
Rheumatology Practice Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm and Fridays
8am-12pm MOTIVATED NEW GRADUATES ENCOURAGED TO APPLY Essential
Duties and Responsibilities include:Op Evaluate and manage patients
with autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions, including
rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, psoriatic arthritis, Ankylosing
Spondylitis, and osteoporosis Order and interpret labs, imaging,
and other diagnostic studies Develop and monitor individualized
treatment plans in collaboration with supervising rheumatologists
Provide patient education on disease management, medications, and
lifestyle modifications Work closely with physicians, nurses, and
staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care Qualifications:
Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Current certification as a nurse practitioner by the American
Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) or the
American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Current NYS licensure
as a Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility) Graduate from an
accredited Physician Assistant program. Current state licensure as
a Physician Assistant. Certification by the National Commission on
Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Prior experience in
rheumatology or primary care preferred; motivated new graduates
encouraged to apply Strong communication, organizational, and
clinical skills Commitment to patient-centered, outpatient-focused
