We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will help individuals manage and overcome mental and emotional disorders, fostering wellness and resilience. Conduct psychological assessments and diagnose mental health conditions. Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Provide therapy using evidence-based approaches suitable for client concerns. Maintain confidential records of client sessions and progress. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Advise family members on best support techniques and home strategies. Continuously update therapy approaches based on the latest clinical research. Participate in ongoing education and professional development. Support and actively promote mental health awareness within the community. Strong empathy and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Proficiency in evidence-based therapy practices such as CBT, DBT, or psychoanalysis. Strong organizational and time management skills. Capable of working independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
