Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Glens Falls, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,429 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/12/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Med Surg/Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 3 years License: Current New York State License Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Epic Experience Description: MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE. Please note on submission to prevent any delays. You must include your New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate with all nursing submissions. This license is required by the state of New York for staffing temporary needs. Please check the job posting requirements for the 14 panel drug screen. Make sure your agency can run this entire panel within 24 hours of offer acceptance. Welle or CPI training must be completed for onboarding and clearance. COVID vaccinations are encouraged but not required. The unit consists mainly of tele/cardiac patients. The nurse to patient ratio is 4:1. The patient population includes adult and geriatric patients. Dress code is personal scrubs of any color with no designs or cartoons. MUST be able to comfortably follow department expectations to interpret, measure, and document cardiac rhythms two times per shift. Requested time off during the assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. Cancellation policy allows for cancellation of up to five shifts per 13-week contract with two hours’ notice. No block scheduling will be considered. Traveler must have their own vehicle. Clinician must be reliable with no attendance concerns or call outs. Work history and skills checklist must be current to within one year. A supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment is required. Permanent address must be included in profile and match driver license or state ID. Travelers from certain counties will not be considered for assignments.
