and dedicated Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides to join our
team in providing exceptional support and assistance to our
clients. The ideal candidates will possess a strong commitment to
enhancing clients' quality of life and promoting independence in
their everyday activities. Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients
with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and
toileting. - Provide mobility support, including assistance with
walking and exercise. - Prepare and serve nutritious meals
according to specific dietary needs and preferences. - Monitor and
record clients' health status, including vital signs and changes in
condition. - Facilitate light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe
and clean living environment. - Offer companionship and support
emotional well-being through engaging activities and conversations.
- Help with medication reminders and adherence to prescribed health
care plans. - Communicate effectively with family members and
healthcare professionals regarding clients' needs and care plans.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. -
Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide
(PCA) preferred. - CPR and First Aid certification is highly
desirable. - Experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not
required; training will be provided. - Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills. - Ability to handle physical demands of the
job, including lifting and supporting clients. - Patience, empathy,
