Job Description Job Description Annual Non-Exempt Salary:
$37,856 ($20.80 an hour) 35 Hour Work Week Benefits: PTO – vacation
(16-24 days a year based on longevity) Sick leave 12 days a year,
and 13 paid holidays. Ability to work a 4-day schedule after 6
months on the job. Multiple work schedules available. Wellness

benefits available. Job Duties: The Case Manager for At-Risk Youth
will serve at-risk youth, with and without disabilities, and their
families. The successful candidate will be expected to: Work with
youth who are at-risk. Complete intake assessments. Provide
information and referral services. Conduct a youth risk assessment
to determine their potential for crisis and involvement with the
juvenile/criminal justice system. Maintain regular contact with
participants and their family members to monitor progress. This
includes home visits with the individuals we serve. Knowledge,
Skills & Abilities: Experience working with individuals with
disabilities, either professionally or personally. Strong advocacy,
networking, and organizational skills. Knowledge of community-based
services. Knowledge of ADA, IDEA, 504, Social Security, ACCESS-VR,
CBVH and the juvenile/criminal justice system is preferred.
Education: An Associates Degree is preferred; a High School Diploma
or equivalent is required. Experience may be considered in lieu of
higher education. Travel Required: Yes Location: Utica, NY RCIL is
