Create customized treatment plans while working closely with medical and clinical partners. Complete thorough evaluations and implement proven, clinically sound therapeutic approaches. Document all services promptly and accurately within the electronic health record system, following state and regulatory standards. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team and respond to urgent client needs, including crisis situations. Take part in regular supervision, training, and continuing education to strengthen skills and support long-term success. Requirements LCSW in the state of New York Requirements:
