We're hiring experienced RN-Stepdown for a 13-week contract in
Potsdam, New York — earn up to ($2830 - $2979 per week) while
providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates
will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the

Provide high-quality patient care in a stepdown unit. Participate
in continuous professional development activities. Monitor and
assess patient conditions regularly. Adhere to safety and infection
control protocols. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care
plans. Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care. Educate
patients and families on health management. Engage in performance
evaluations and feedback sessions. Manage time effectively to meet
patient care goals. Assist in training and mentoring new nursing
staff. Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Experience/Qualifications Valid RN license in New York with
stepdown unit experience. Willingness to engage in continuous
professional development activities. Experience in patient
monitoring and assessment in a healthcare setting. Ability to
collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Commitment to participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Strong understanding of safety and infection control protocols.
Demonstrated proficiency in documenting patient care and treatment
plans. Strong time management skills to meet patient care goals.
Skills in educating patients and families about health management.
