Job Opportunity – ICU Charge Nurse – New York Start Date: March 9,
2026 Location: Upstate New York Compensation: Details provided to
qualified applicants Schedule: Night shift, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM,
36-hour weekly guarantee Highlights: 42-bed tertiary ICU with three
specialty units: Neuro/Medical ICU (22 beds), CTICU (6 beds), and
Surgical/Trauma ICU (14 beds) Charge nurse experience strongly
preferred; leadership opportunity on night shift Advanced specialty
equipment including IABP, CRRT (Prisma and NxStage),
ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, and TTM (Arctic Sun) Diverse case
mix: cardiovascular surgery, cardiogenic shock, stroke, trauma,
post-STEMI, neuro intervention, and complex surgical patients Epic
EMR system utilized across the facility 13-week assignment with
floating to multiple units as needed (excludes Behavioral Health
and ER) Requirements: Active New York RN license required; all
additional state licenses must be active and verified via Nursys
Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience (ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma
ICU, Medical/Surgical ICU, or Neuro ICU) Charge nurse or ICU
management experience preferred; 2 recent ICU charge or manager
references required Hands-on experience with CRRT and Prismaflex
required; cardiac/heart ICU experience highly preferred Current AHA
ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required Epic EMR experience
required Travel nursing experience documented on resume Why It's a
